As an experienced video editor and videographer based in Toronto, Canada with over four years of professional experience in the creative industry, Tahir Badoella has the skills and experience to take on any kind of project. He has been involved in editing and shooting numerous projects including promotional videos, documentaries, teasers, corporate videos, commercials, call-to-action videos, and multi-ethnic weddings mainly in the South Asian cultural sphere in the United States. Graduated with a B.A. in Cinema and Television Arts from the well-known California States University, Northridge, California with an emphasis in Television Production, Tahir has well-rounded comprehensive knowledge of the current pre-production, production, and post-production pipeline followed by mainstream production companies and studios.
Tahir has worked with several professional film cameras including the Canon C100 and C300 and has also professional experience with Canon DSLRs and is the proud owner of a Canon 70D to take on any kind of project anytime as he had done so in the past independently.
With his departure in 2018 from The States, he sought other opportunities abroad in the creative sphere in The Netherlands, Amsterdam where he was born and raised. As a native of Amsterdam, Tahir speaks six languages which include Dutch and English at a native level, German, French, Hindi-Urdu, and Modern Colloquial Persian at an intermediate level and continues to update his knowledge to this day. Additionally can understand Punjabi and Caribbean Hindi. Coming from a multi-ethnic background himself, he is able to transcend cultural and linguistic boundaries with ease and can communicate his ideas in each respective language on both a professional and personal level.
